MOVO puts a delivery driver in Agadir at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on +212 605-577990. No opening hours, no closing day, no break. Sunday, public holiday, Ramadan, three in the morning: someone answers and a driver sets off. Call or WhatsApp, reply in about two minutes.
What "24/7" means for us
Many places in Agadir advertise 24/7 when it is not quite true. The difference shows in three specific situations, and that is where a service should be judged.
On Sundays. Many shops and services slow down or close. We operate exactly as on a Tuesday.
On public holidays. Eid, national holidays, days off: the service runs without interruption, with staffing adjusted to the actual demand of the day.
Between two and six in the morning. This is the real test. Write at that time: someone answers. There are fewer staff than during the day, and the reply can take five to ten minutes instead of two, but the service exists.
Actual availability by time slot
| Time slot | Reply | Drivers |
|---|---|---|
| 08h - 12h | 1 to 3 min | Full team |
| 12h - 15h | 2 to 5 min | Peak demand |
| 15h - 19h | 1 to 3 min | Full team |
| 19h - 23h | 2 to 5 min | Peak demand |
| 23h - 02h | 2 to 5 min | Reduced team |
| 02h - 08h | 3 to 10 min | Night shift |
At off-peak hours, any wait comes from the number of drivers on duty, not from a closure. Delivery times are detailed on the delivery times page.
What a driver available around the clock changes
Emergencies don't pick the time
A child with a fever at three in the morning cannot wait for opening time.
Unusual hours
Night work, coming back from a trip, end of a shift: the city sleeps, you don't.
Sundays and public holidays
The days when everything closes are the days you need help most.
Just one number to remember
No day number and night number. The same one at any hour.
What changes at night, honestly
The service does not stop, but two things change after midnight and it is better to know before ordering.
Fewer businesses are open. The on-call pharmacy, a few snack bars in the centre and Founty, petrol stations with a shop, neighbourhood grocery shops with no official hours. The driver sometimes has to cross Agadir to reach the only open shop, which makes the trip longer.
A surcharge of 10 to 20 MAD applies between midnight and six in the morning, depending on the time and distance. It covers that longer trip and the night work itself.
On the other hand, the streets are empty: once the shop is found, the ride to your door is often faster than in the middle of the day. How it works in detail is on the night delivery page.
Ramadan
During the month of Ramadan, the service runs without interruption, but the rhythm of the city changes completely. Two peaks appear: the hour before the fast is broken, when demand explodes and restaurants are overwhelmed, and the end of the night before shour.
In these two slots, delivery times can double. Our advice: order one hour before iftar rather than thirty minutes before. During this period we announce realistic times rather than promising the impossible.
What a driver can do at any hour
Where the 24/7 service applies
All 31 areas covered, with no time exceptions: from the centre of Agadir to Inezgane, Dcheira, Ait Melloul, Lqliaa, Aourir and Taghazout. The full list with delivery times is on the delivery areas page.
In practice, a night delivery to an outlying town takes longer than during the day, because the open shop is often in the centre of Agadir. The starting point matters more than your address.
What we cannot promise at night
Some requests have no solution at three in the morning: a specific dish from a closed restaurant, a medicine that no on-call pharmacy has, a product only found in a supermarket.
In these cases, we tell you quickly instead of sending a driver round for nothing, and nothing is charged since they did not go out.
