Payment
The driver pays for the medicines at the pharmacy till. On arrival, you pay him back that amount, with the receipt, plus the delivery fee. Nothing is paid beforehand. If the medicine turns out to be unavailable everywhere, you are not charged anything since the driver did not go out.
A useful tip: if you have health insurance or cover, keep the prescription and the receipt the driver gives you. They are the only proof for your reimbursement.
Where and when
The service runs in all 31 neighbourhoods we cover, without interruption. At night, the trip is often faster than during the day because there is no traffic, but there are fewer open pharmacies: the driver may have to cross Agadir to reach the only one on call, which explains the night surcharge.
