Call or write

What to say when you call

Three pieces of information are enough to get a price straight away: where to pick up, where to deliver, and what to collect. You do not need to know the exact name of the shop or the price of the product.

Salam MOVO,
Pick up from: (shop or address + neighbourhood)
Deliver to: (full address + floor)
Order: (what to collect)

If you do not know where to buy it, simply describe what you are looking for. We find the nearest open shop and confirm it with you before going there.

Why just one number

MOVO works with a single number for everything: ordering, asking for a price, tracking a delivery, reporting a problem, opening a business account. There is no switchboard, no keypad menu, no different number depending on the service.

This has a practical advantage: your WhatsApp conversation stays open from one time to the next. After a few orders, your usual addresses are known and a short message is enough. And if a problem occurs on a delivery, we find the record without you having to explain everything again.

Availability hours

The number is active at all times. The response time varies with the hour.
Period	Reply	Drivers
08h00 - 23h00	1 to 3 min	Full team
23h00 - 02h00	2 to 5 min	Reduced team
02h00 - 08h00	3 to 10 min	Night shift
Public holidays	2 to 5 min	Service running

At night, fewer drivers are available and fewer shops are open: the delivery time gets longer, but the number always answers. Details on the night delivery page.
