The driver comes upstairs and hands the order over at your door, at no extra cost. Many buildings in Agadir have no lift: give your floor when you order so the time needed is planned for.
For a villa or a gated residence, mention any gate or guard: the driver calls from the entrance rather than searching. In an alley a scooter cannot get into, he parks as close as possible and finishes on foot.

When someone else receives the order
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, give the first name and phone number of the person who is there, as well as the exact amount to have ready. The driver calls them directly and hands over the order with the receipt.
For a child home alone, the driver only hands over the order if you have explicitly asked for it, and he never goes inside. If in doubt, he calls you.
Paying at home
Everything is paid in cash on delivery, directly to the driver. You pay nothing in advance and no deposit is asked for. On a delivery with purchases, you pay back the amount on the till receipt plus the delivery fee, announced before the driver sets off.
