When you are not there
One situation comes up often: you are at work in Agadir and the order has to be delivered to your home in Drarga, or the other way round. This works, as long as you specify two things.
The first name and phone number of the person at the address, so the driver can call them directly. And who pays the bill: that person on site, with an amount given in advance, or you, by prior arrangement with us. Without this, the driver arrives and nobody knows what to do.
If the order is going from your home into town, also say who to hand it to and whether you want it handed to that person in person rather than to anyone who happens to be there.
Your address in a large area
Drarga covers a wide area, with homes, plots of land and side roads. The name of the commune is not enough. Give a clear landmark, such as a school, a mosque, a petrol station or a well-known shop, with the direction and approximate distance from that point.
