MOVO delivers in Riad Salam in 20 to 30 minutes, from 15 MAD. The neighbourhood is close to central Agadir and well connected, which makes it one of our fastest areas. Meals, groceries, pharmacy or parcels: message +212 605-577990 and follow your order in the same conversation.
What happens after your message
Many people hesitate to order because they don't know what happens once the message is sent. Here is how it actually goes, minute by minute.
You write your request. Within about two minutes, someone replies with the delivery fee and the estimated time. It is not an automatic message: a person reads your request and replies to you.
You confirm. A driver is assigned immediately and heads to the pickup point. If it is a purchase, the driver pays on site. If there is any doubt about a product or a price, the driver messages you from the shop before deciding.
The driver lets you know on setting off, then calls you on arrival downstairs. You pay for the purchases and the delivery on receipt, with the receipt to show. If something is wrong, you reply in the same conversation: it stays open, and we find the delivery concerned without you having to explain everything again.

What we deliver in Riad Salam
Knowing where your order is
There is no tracking app, and that is deliberate: a live map doesn't tell you much when the delivery takes twenty minutes. Instead, you get something better: a person who replies.
Just write in the conversation. We tell you where the driver is, whether still at the shop or already on the way, and how much longer it will take. If something unexpected happens, we let you know rather than waiting for you to ask.
Addresses in Riad Salam
The neighbourhood is made up of apartment buildings and small residences. Give the building number, the flat, the floor and a landmark visible from the street: a shop, the colour of the façade, a junction. Mention if there is a guard or a gated entrance so the driver calls from the entrance instead of searching.
