MOVO is the delivery service for Agadir's online sellers. You hand us the order, we deliver to your customer, collect the payment on your behalf and pay you the money the same day. You advance nothing, you hire no one, and you stay in control of your customer relationship. The rate is negotiated according to your monthly volume.
The real problem with COD in Agadir
Selling on Instagram or TikTok in Morocco means selling cash on delivery. It is what customers expect, and it is also what costs the seller the most. Three things hurt.
The first is money tied up. With a national carrier, the payment arrives one to two weeks after delivery. In the meantime, your cash flow is blocked while you need to buy more stock.
The second is the refusal rate. An order delivered by a stranger who rings without warning is refused far more often than an order announced by phone before arrival.
The third is returns. A refused parcel goes to the depot, waits, then comes back to you. You pay for the outward trip, sometimes the return, and you get the goods back several days later.
How we deal with these three points
Daily payment
Money collected during the day is handed to you the same day or the next morning, not in two weeks.
Call before delivery
The driver calls the customer before setting off. This greatly reduces refusals and no-shows.
Immediate return
A refused parcel comes back to you within the day, not after a stay at a depot.
Delivery within hours
Your customers in Agadir are delivered the same day, which no national carrier offers.
How it works in practice
You send the order
Customer's name, phone, address, contents, amount to collect.
We pick up
The driver comes to your home or workshop, at a fixed time slot or on demand.
We deliver and collect
Call before arrival, parcel handed over, exact amount collected.
You receive the money
Payment of the amount collected, minus the delivery fee, with the day's summary.
Who it is for
Pricing
There is no public price list for COD, because the price depends on three things: the number of parcels per month, the Agadir neighbourhoods where your customers live, and whether we come to you once a day or for each order. A seller with twenty parcels grouped in the morning does not pay the same as a seller with three orders spread across the week.
Message us with your approximate volume and your usual areas, and we will give you a firm rate. We take no percentage of your sales: we are paid the delivery fee, nothing else.

What we ask of you
A valid phone number for every customer, without exception: it is the key to a high delivery rate. A precise address with neighbourhood, street and floor, not just a neighbourhood name. A clear, final amount to collect, given before the driver sets off. And parcels sealed and labelled on your side: we carry, we do not pack.
Delivery areas for sellers
We deliver to your customers in all 31 neighbourhoods we cover, from central Agadir to Ait Melloul, Inezgane and Taghazout. If your customers are concentrated in a few areas, tell us: it directly affects the rate we can offer you. Details are on the delivery areas page. For businesses with a physical shop, see the business delivery page instead.
