Timing matters more than speed
On all our other deliveries, the aim is to arrive fast. Here, it is the opposite: to arrive at the right moment. A bouquet delivered at 2 pm when the person gets home at 7 pm is pointless, and a cake that arrives before the guests spoils the effect.
So we work on reserved time slots. You give the time, we book the driver for that precise moment. That is why these deliveries are ordered in advance and not on the spot. For a busy day, book the day before.
What we deliver
If you do not know what to choose
This is a common request and we handle it without any problem. Give us the occasion, the person concerned and a maximum budget. The driver goes to the florist or the shop, sends you two or three photos of what is available, and you choose from your phone before he pays.
This photo approval matters for this kind of delivery. On ordinary deliveries it is optional; here, we always offer it, because the result matters as much as the delivery.
The note and the surprise
You can include a written message, which we pass on with the gift. Write it in your WhatsApp message and we will take care of the card.
If the delivery has to stay a surprise, say so clearly. The driver will then not mention your name on the phone and will simply announce a delivery. Also say what he should do if the person is not there: wait a while, come back later, or leave it with a neighbour or colleague. Without instructions, he calls you and waits for your decision, which wastes time on a reserved slot.

Peak days
Some dates completely swamp Agadir's florists and pastry shops: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, school results days, the eves of religious holidays. On these days, slots go fast and shops run out of stock by the end of the day.
Book two to three days in advance for these dates. We reserve the slot and place the order with the florist or pastry shop before stock runs out. A same-day request on these dates is unlikely to work out well, and we would rather tell you so than deliver a disappointing bouquet.
Where we deliver
All 31 neighbourhoods we cover, at the time of your choice. For distant areas such as Ait Melloul, Aourir or Taghazout, book a wider slot: traffic can shift the arrival by fifteen to twenty minutes, which matters when timing is the heart of the order.
