A gated neighbourhood: what it changes
The Marina is not like other neighbourhoods in Agadir. Access is controlled, the residences have a guard, and a driver cannot simply turn up at a door. Without clear instructions, the driver waits at the entrance, calls, and you lose ten minutes on a delivery that should have been quick.
Two details solve the problem when you order: the exact name of the residence and your phone number. The driver calls on arrival at the entrance. You come down, or you let the guard know so the driver can come up. If your residence lets drivers come straight up, tell us once and we will remember it for your next orders.

Few shops on site
This is the paradox of the Marina: the neighbourhood is central but poorly served by everyday shops. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés around the harbour, but there is practically no mini-market, butcher's or souk close by. For ordinary shopping, you have to leave the area.
This is exactly where MOVO is most useful here. The driver goes to the supermarket, the pharmacy or the market in central Agadir, then comes back. The trip is short, the fee stays at the low end of the range, and you avoid taking the car out for three items.
Delivery to a boat
It is possible and we do it regularly, but access to the pontoons is controlled and a driver cannot enter freely. In that case, we set a meeting point at the pontoon entrance or the checkpoint: the driver calls you and you collect the order there.
Give the pontoon and berth number in your message, along with the meeting point you prefer. For delivery at a precise time, before setting sail for example, book the slot in advance rather than ordering at the last minute.
Discretion
Several of our Marina customers ask for the driver to stay discreet: no name given to the guard, no mention of the contents, handed directly to the person. It is an instruction we follow without question as soon as you give it. The driver simply announces a delivery, with no further detail.
